This hotel boasts a prime location right by the river, providing stunning views from the balcony. Guests can also enjoy a range of restaurants within walking distance. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and reliable service. the breakfast is delicious and diverse, with a variety of fruit and yoghurts on offer. the swimming pool area is well-maintained and perfect for unwinding in the sun.
Some staff members lack proper training and attention to detail.

the Spa & wellness center provided a luxurious experience with a wide range of massage and sauna options. the outdoor sun terrace and garden area was a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful view while sipping cocktails. the restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes with private facilities for intimate moments. the service was outstanding with attentive staff always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the hotel's location was perfect with beach access just a few steps away.

The indoor and outdoor pools were great, and it was nice that the hotel had free Wi-Fi. the staff was helpful and kind, and the location was convenient for exploring the city.
The breakfast was disappointing and lacked variety. the TV in the room didn't work properly and made a buzzing sound.

Great Christmas atmosphere with beautiful decorations and a cozy fireplace. The location boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains and nearby lake. The indoor pool was a delight, and the sauna was perfect after a day of skiing.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly, which made for a less than pleasant experience. the room was poorly heated, leaving us shivering and uncomfortable throughout the night.

I stayed at a hotel on the river and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious with strong coffee. The hotel facilities were excellent and clean with both an indoor and outdoor pool. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants.
